speaking of birthdays, had a talk with my dad the other night while I was watching "10 items or less" with him:

dad: so have you planned anything for your birthday?

me: ummmm..iunno..nothing yet so far

dad: u wanna throw a party?

me: umm maybe..but what kind of party (hinting the super sweet 16 style)

dad: bbq ke....

me: u can do a bbq anytime ok, tomorrow also can. gila tak special.

dad: oklah, u want special right? we'll do it at Mcdonalds, they have mascots! or the kid's gym at one utama.

me: har har (-_-')

dad: ok ok then what do people your age usually do on their birthdays?

me: hmmm...go clubbing and get piss drunk

dad: ooohhhhh so u wanna go clubbing la

me: not the normal clubbing yknow ppl do that every weekend...i was thinking of dinner and then only go clubbing but VIP lstyle la.

dad: ohhh yeah like the one i went in Baruk Bar la dinner then drinks...

me: yeah maybe skybar or something before that dinner yang cun ah...

dad: oh ok..tempat cun lah?

me: its ...a...bar...but can see KLCC, no need for binoculars.

dad: oh ok...okla i'll give you money but you know im not gonna open bottles for your friends though, tak berkat (giggles)...if they wanna drink ask them to pay la.

me: duh, id rather shop.

dad: ok deal, just dont tell your mum. i'll handle her.
