been such a random week. in chronological orders:
Randomness #1:
Mother's Daywent to celebrate with my family at delicious bangsar for tea. last minute plan, thought the place would be freaking packed but it seemed odd as the place was half empty, which is an unusual sight for delicious but i guess the regular patrons were all at p.d for the tiesto thingy. got the 3 cupcakes for gifts, nasib baik tak jadi order.
then went to my aunt's place to chill

Randomness #2:Starbucks at Pyramid to cure my Monday blues after i submitted my assignment for tea, then off to dinner at Chillis Bangsar. Amir just got back from his roadtour so he came straight away with his luggage. dinner and drinks was on Fadhly...RM350 of free Chillis voucher is love kept ordering drinks and cocktails like mad heheheh met saleha, very very sweet and fun girl to hang-out with, not to mention genuine....unlike some fake girls i've met in the past (ahem no need to mention names here i spose hehehhehe)

randomness #3:
Gloomy Tuesday. kidnapped Bun as he always kidnaps me for no reason. took him to the curve and ate at Ikea with Donat. Fadhly came a little later with Amir.
went to cut my hair at Bambang's salon (
HAIRKUNST) at the Curve. it was high time i did so anyway. my fringe was playing hide n seek since a month ago cause on certain days, it'd appear, on some..no. sorry my dad gave my compact camera to my brother in Johor and I cannot lug my huge widebodykit dslr everywhere so I settled with camera phones and webcams now.
still looks the same yeap yeap well at least i got my fringe back...

Randomness #4:
planned for a photoshoot for Ejoy's portfolio on thursday noon. went to KLpac to use the middle colonial house ruins for our settings. masuk2 it looked very secured so me and Donat told Ejoy to at least ask for permission. so he went to the info counter and the conversation went (SORT OF, im making it on my own sentences):
Ejoy: Kak, nak tangkap gambar boleh? (Can we take pictures here?)
Kakak: Oh ni private land la adik. adik nk buat apa? (This is a private land, it's not allowed. What is it for anyway?)
Ejoy: Photoshoot utk assignment. budak college je kak. (we're just college students to do our assignment)
Kakak: oh student kena ada surat pastu ada bayaran. (we need a letter and we'll charge a little fee)
Ejoy: oh brape kak (how much would it be?)
Kakak: ten.
Ejoy: oh sepuluhhhh (oh ten)
Kakak: oh dik, sepuluh ribu. (its RM10,000/ USD3000)
Ejoy went back to the car to recede into a spasm with foams coming out from his mouth repeating the words "ten thousand" like a chant....
hahaha just kidding..Ejoy said he nearly maki kakak tu hahahahahahahah
i said, if it was ten thousand for a fee to use the place for a photoshoot, then i might as well fly to somewhere in europe and take my pictures there, right? it'd look nicer and cooler.
So we searched around for old colonial houses but to no avail...Donat came up with a BRILLIANT idea and said "bukit tinggi nak?"...gila random.
went up to bukit tinggi at about 1.30pm...worked our way through the traffic in ampang, reached there at about 2.30.
went to the japanese village first. i changed in the miniature hut. you're free to have a nap there if you like. put on 10 inches of make-up on my own...didnt dare to experiment with colours this time..maybe next time...

Friday, went to RSB for lunch with Jeff and Ken and then to Ikea for another lunch..just cause i had the cravings for the hotdogs and ice cream. all done with RM5 only hahahahaha photos :

Randomness #6:
Saturday, woke up with a sudden craving for good food so i scoured through the Masak-Masak blog and the Food Critics group on Facebook for suggestions. called my makan-in-crime partner, Donat up and ended up in Holiday Villa Subang Jaya for their dim sum buffet 45 minutes before the kitchen closed so we gulped up all that we can for RM39++ hahahahha and the food was good i was so mendap i refused to move afterwards. not much variety though as the a la carte menu but it was worth the money.

i dont remember whats this called but it has the shark's fin thingy on top and chicken and veggie fillings inside...the glutinous rice cover was a little too thick for my liking though.

we ordered another two rounds of the same freaking thing hahahhahahah

the egg tarts were really good. the fillings not too sweet accompanied by a flaky and light pastry that tastes a bit milky..oh heavenly..

spring rolls. the sauce was a bit too lemon-ish and strong...
chicken pau..i dont eat pau but donat said it was very very good.
ok, now im officially broke. last week ate at las carretas for lunch dah brape, this week lagi la.
sigh, at least im not spending on stupid things...right?
