Mid year updates

Hello readers,

I know I haven't been updating much, and I know I'm getting boring. But I'm not dead....SURPRISE! haha. Work has been piling up like mad, thanks to a certain someone who's been teaching me a lot, and I've been such a good sponge that even Spongebob ain't got shit on me. I'm learning and absorbing things as much as I can now, and I feel that I've improved tremendously (unless he says otherwise -_- ). Work has been more serious than ever now, and I'm glad to have made new friends and also met other friends whom I've known for years working in the same industry.

I guess the blogging mojo has slowed down for a while. Yes, I know that happens every year, somehow, I'll take a 'break' from blogging and updating everyday. I've so much to tell, still, but things are happening so fast that it is overwhelming at times that I just feel like stoning or spacing out without doing anything at all. I miss home, at times, although I go back every night. But the house just doesn't feel like home anymore. I'm facing new challenges and hiccups everyday, even tiny ones, and it really is affecting me even though I don't show it.

There are some things that kinda pinched me lately especially the comments I've received from 'keyboard warriors' on the net. I don't know why some of you are just so rajin to actually comment, even though you hate me and don't like what I write. Don't like? Simple. DON'T READ. I don't need your  biased opinion on MY life cause I know where I stand. I'm just a normal, simple girl who's trying to do something for myself by dabbling into blogging, a couple of competitions here and there and at least I try. If it doesn't work out then fine...I never claim to be a professional model, pro blogger and whatnot cause I know I am not. The information you see on my blog are NOT for the readers, they are for potential advertisers. Just cause I entered some modelling competition doesn't make me a model and I don't go around telling people I'm a model. That's a big lie. I do tell people that I can do modelling if they would hire me. There's a difference in that,at least to me.

One more thing I have to clarify. The reason why I constructed a page for my BLOG on facebook isn't cause I thought I was famous already and I'm some cool shit that people have to worship. NO, nothing like that at all. When I get friend requests, I can't do anything but reject them, and I'm not usually the type of person that ignores people. However, facebook to me, is a personal thing for me to share with friends and people that I really know outside my virtual life. Instead of turning these friend requests coldly, I tried to be nice and re-direct them to my blog page, with intentions of potentially turning them into my blog reader. ..which as a blogger, is a good thing and I can help promote things like events, charity drives, give out tickets, announce something and all, cause trust me, I'm not making money from blogging AT ALL! However, some people misunderstood my intentions and thought I was being a stuck-up bitch. I am totally open to new friends but when you know that these people add you on facebook to just be a silent viewer, of course you'll be reluctant to approve, isn't it?

And trust me, I've other frustrations to deal with that are far more important and if I find that this blogging thing ain't doing me any good, I won't hesitate to shut it down. Oh, and I tried something new recently - RED LIPSTICK! this is love! oh and sorry for the tongue sticking out pose, I realized that with red lipstick, I can't pose with my mouth shut or I'll look like I had one lip  -_-"

nites!

Leave me with some kind of proof it's not a dream

Too busy, I forgot how it feels to sleep without my brain constantly whirring and churning out thoughts. So I'm putting down a list of thing I need to do for this month:

1. I need to go for bekam treatment, anyone knows a place nearby where I can actually do it?

2. Dye my hair. Should I go lighter or darker? or RED!? I really wanna be a redhead. Don't worry the colour doesn't apply 'down there' LOL  =P

3. Get a friggin haircut already. I feel like chopping all of em off, until I realize that I won't be able to curl it, braid it and do all sorts of things with it.

4. Settle uni stuff...and it's about time.

5. Make more money like duh!

6. Plan up a trip somewhere, and soon! Any suggestions? I just wanna get away for a while.

7. Do a Vlog....I know I promised one loooooooonnnggg time ago, and I owe one of me doing a makeup post. I actually did one, a challenge of putting on makeup in a moving vehicle, but I cussed too much that I had to put it on hold lol.

8. Reveal to my lovely readers regarding my latest projects...ooohhhhh it'll be exciting! shoots, shows etc!

9. And record more song covers. Suggestions pls and no nonsense that I can't pull off thank you.

10. Have I told you that I need some pampering? yes, ok I need some...like real bad.  =(

11. Oh and should I?

(damn hard to resist an ELECTRIC blue pair)

Updating soon, two posts and one will be a bitchy one heh  =D

I thought I've missed Kid Kaio cause I decided not to go out on Friday night. Like Oh mennnggg, I didn't miss it after all!!!! apa lagi, went up straight to Sonic la! and yes, the night was crazy with his bangin mixes which is the kind of electro that I love, hard shard ends to every note, and thumping basses, but not the ah beng kind. Putting some effort....and money into it

Sometimes I wonder, the size of these people's wardrobe, and also the amount of time and thought they put into deciding what they'd wear on that day. Do they have more lazy days or dress up days. They made it seem so effortless but when I try one, I always end up in a tank and a pair of pants again.

Is it the haircut, or colour. Is it the staple signature look they have or is it that one piece that stands out and yells "individualistic". I can never put my finger on what makes these people stand out and just grabs my attention like fat kid grabs a lollipop. I do admire, and envy these fashion inspiracions, for I wish I was one of them. I don't have the same amount of shoes, or bags that could match up (ok maybe bags can but I've never been a shoe person). The dresses! Oh, the dresses! where on earth did they find them?

sources: lookbook.nu

Told you, I even club in a tank top and jeans...maybe if I feel like it, I'll wear ankle boots.

So, in the spirit of dressing up, I vow to just mash up some pieces, every now and then (once in two days?) like how a mix salad should be, experiment, play with patterns, prints, themes and don't care if I look silly. Oh, and set aside some every month to scour around for clothing items  =)

So this month, since I'm short of footwear, and I'm attending more and more events than ever, I've decided to splurge on these....and survive on bread for the rest of the month -_-"
(birthday present takda ka?)

Ok, fine maybe two out of the three...which should I take?

1. Louboutins inspired knee military boots

2. Nude Oxfords with gold buttons

3. Ankle boots with buckles

help?  =S
