Ahoy Penangites! Just wanna give you guys a heads up on what's happening on your island this Saturday (19th March 2011). Instead of your usual club night why not head on down to The Penang Swimming Club for some glitz and glammed up party. Details are as follows:
The Activities:

• Maserati GranCabrio on display
• Upbeat live band starts 7:30pm
• Andrew Netto as Comedian Emcee
• Hip-hop dance show
• Zouk DJs spins until 2:00am
As you party, the funds collected will be donated to Partners Against Poverty fund, which was introduced by Penang State Government in late 2008 which unites numerous corporations and non-governmental organizations who donates in cash or in kind to aim in eradicating hardcore poverty within the state (a first of its kind). The state’s plans to relieve families from hardcore poverty would be achieved through various ways such as financial assistance from the Welfare Department, the state government’s Special Fund which would be contributed by partners from the private sector, or from the private sector via adoption plans.
This party is being organized by Luxador who organizes upscale events and committing a certain amount of their proceeds to chosen charitable outlets. With this company as the backbone of this event, you can be sure to party in luxurious style while contributing to charity.
