Date Night: Lion King at Marina Bay Sands

One of the reasons why we went down south for a week plus is to watch The Lion King theatre at Marina Bay Sands. I saw and went to the press conference about a year ago during our first trip to Singapore and was in awe with the whole production and concept so when point8cam said it's his treat, not only that I was happy that I'd get to watch it, but I'd love him to see the whole magic about this show, especially the brilliant lighting, score and costume. I must say that I enjoyed the entire show- the local Singlish jokes, the tear-jerking part where Mufasa died, and the whole involvement/interaction with the audience. I felt as if I was in the savannah. It was pure brilliant. I couldn't ask for more. Live music was very well executed cause it sounded like perfectly recorded songs. Thank you sayang! =)

Oh and we started the night with an early dinner date at Hooters (our fave chicken wings place) at Clarke Quay overlooking the river (how romantic wahaha). Perfect night, just us two ended up with walks at Marina Bay's mall where we spent last year together too (except that I was staying there lah) and oh, looks like the Louis Vuitton at the bay is near completion. I'm sure the invites are gonna be who's who of the circuit (which I so will not be invited to lah pfft). Enjoy the photos! =)
