Choosing life's options

If only making choices in life is like buying out of a vending machine, it'll be so much easier to make our choices. It's tangible, and if it's a good choice, it would obviously be aesthetically prettier no?

I think I've made all kinds of choices, some I somewhat partially regret, some I'm glad it did happen although I was unsure of the outcome. Most, I did out of intuition and impulse. 

If tomorrow is the ending of our lives and the world around us, what would be the thing that you'd regret not doing just yet?
